You screwed up. Now what?



I’ve got a quick message today:

 

Keep going.

 

If you’re struggling right now with your goals, it’s NORMAL. 

 

Keep going.

 

Every year we make resolutions and most years we don't stick with them. Starting a routine is hard, but the only way to make it a habit is to just keep going. 

 

I believe in you! Just keep going!

 

If you’ve missed a workout or two, go for a walk, stretch for 15 minutes, etc.

 

If you’ve slipped up with your “clean eating” goals, just be sure to add a veggie to your next meal.

 

Go to bed 10 minutes earlier tonight.

 

Drink a glass of water! Right now! 

 

If you’re feeling this close to giving up any of your other healthy habits – just keep going.

 

It’s not about striving for perfection. NO ONE is perfect – we ALL struggle. It’s part of being human.

 

You’ve got this.
