Last week, I gave a little insight about how important it is to have a good relationship with food and some tips to help get you started.
Let me be clear, diet culture sucks! Makes you feel bad about your body, makes you have a bad relationship with food all while selling you an unrealistic way to live. And to top it off, it tells you that it is healthy and if you don't do it you are going to die young. What a crock of sh*t.
Sorry for the rant, but life doesn't have to be that way. You don't have to feel bad about your body and constantly trying to lose weight. That is not a way to live and also, the stress it puts on your body can be unhealthy.
If you like to read, I just wanted to send along a list of books that might help you learn about having a good relationship with food, as well as, your body.
We only have one life. Let's live it without someone else telling us how we should do it.
Happy Reading!
How do you feel about dieting? Have they ever worked for you (long-term) in the past?
One of the many topics we go over in my one on one coaching program is how diets don't work. I am now starting to take clients. I have 3 open spots. If you are interested in learning more, set up a quick 15 minute chat with me to hear more about the program.
See you there! Have a great week!

Let's have some fun!!
