Be sure to enjoy your Halloween!!!




Tomorrow is Halloween and one of my favorite days of the year and I wanted to come on here to remind you that it is ok to eat the candy! You don't have to read any lists about how many burpees it takes to burn off a Snickers bar. Just eat the Snickers and enjoy without the guilt.

When you give yourself permission to eat all foods without guilt, you are less likely to binge. Becoming a mindful, intuitive eater involves making peace with food and giving ourselves unconditional permission to eat. In doing so, we acknowledge that the power to choose means we can choose to nurture ourselves from a place of care and respect, rather than from fear and control.

F- Diet culture that will try to make you feel bad tomorrow! Enjoy and move on and have the happiest of Halloweens!!
