I wanted to take a moment to remind you not to worry about dieting on this special occasion. After all, this holiday is about celebrating freedom, and that includes freedom from restrictive diets! It's the perfect time to indulge a little and savor the flavors of summer.
However, if you're looking to add a touch of nutritious goodness to your Independence Day spread, I have a delightful recipe that combines the best of both worlds. Try out these scrumptious and nutrient dense Grilled Veggie Skewers:
Ingredients:
Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, etc.)
Olive oil
Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or basil)

Instructions:
