Do you know one of the top reasons people have for Not being able to commit to their personal wellness?
Maybe you have said it yourself. It's that people don't have enough time. We are so busy that we are not making ourselves a priority.
But I am here to tell you that you do not need much time at all. Committing to 5 minutes can help you and eventually maybe even go up to 10, then 20. But 5 minutes is all you need to start.
Do you have 5 minutes?

5 Way to find time for your health
Get up first thing and go for a walk, or meditate or do breathing exercises.
During your lunch break, go for a walk or read a self-development book.
Do some stretching while you watch TV at night.
Turn chores into a cardio session by pumping up the music and dancing around while you work. (It's fun too)
Find things that you love, whether it be a nutritious recipe or a fun workout. You are more likely to do it when you look forward to it.
Bonus: Put it in your calendar. You are more likely to do it, if it is written down.
Another way to make time for your wellness is to hire a coach who can help you create a plan that works for your lifestyle.
My 10 week non-weight based program teaches how to live a longer, more satisfying life, through lifestyle, exercise, nutrition and attitude. We focus on health activities for all areas of your life.
It includes a weekly lesson emailed to you each week, as well as, a weekly one-on-one coaching session and weekly strategies to live a longer, healthier life without dieting.
