Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl:
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
A handful of granola
Drizzle of honey
Instructions: Blend the mixed berries, banana, and Greek yogurt until smooth. Pour the vibrant mixture into a bowl. Top it with a sprinkle of chia seeds, a handful of granola for crunch, and a drizzle of honey for sweetness. Dive in with your favorite spoon and enjoy a guilt-free, nutrient-packed breakfast or snack!
Veggie-Packed Rainbow Salad:
Ingredients:
Mixed greens (kale, spinach, arugula)
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Carrot, shredded
Bell peppers (assorted colors), diced
Avocado, sliced
Sunflower seeds
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
Instructions: Toss together the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrot, diced bell peppers, and sliced avocado in a large bowl. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top for added crunch. Drizzle with a light dressing made of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix it up, and indulge in a vibrant and delicious rainbow salad that's as nourishing as it is colorful!
Zesty Chickpea Lettuce Wraps:
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Cherry tomatoes, diced
Red onion, finely chopped
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Feta cheese, crumbled
Greek yogurt
Ground cumin

Whole wheat wrap
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and crumbled feta cheese. In a separate small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with a pinch of ground cumin for a zesty sauce. Spoon the chickpea mixture onto wrap, drizzle with the Greek yogurt sauce, add lettuce and wrap it up. These chickpea wraps are a tasty and packed with protein and flavor!
