Fall into Fitness: Get ready to move with this quick 15 min workout!


As the leaves start to change and the weather cools down, it's the perfect time to get moving! But let's forget about boring workouts and focus on finding activities that bring you joy.


  • Explore different options: Try dancing, hiking, swimming, or even playing a sport you haven't tried in years.

  • Listen to your body: Pay attention to what feels good and avoid pushing yourself too hard.

  • Make it social: Invite friends or family to join you for workouts or activities.

Here's a quick 15 minute workout that can easily be done at home:

15-Minute Bodyweight Workout

Warm-up (2 minutes):


  • Light cardio: Jumping jacks, high knees, butt kicks

  • Dynamic stretches: Arm circles, leg swings, torso twists


Workout (10 minutes):

Repeat as many times as you can in 10 minutes


  • Squats: 15 reps

  • Lunges (alternating legs): 10 reps per leg

  • Push-ups: 10 reps (modify by doing them on your knees)

  • Plank: Hold for 30 seconds

  • Crunches: 20 reps

  • Bicycle crunches: 15 reps per side


Cool-down (3 minutes):

  • Static stretches: Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.


    • Hamstring stretch

    • Quadriceps stretch

    • Calf stretch

    • Chest stretch

    • Shoulder stretch
