Finding Your Happiness 😃

Last week, I wrote about cutting back on social media to help with happiness in your life, but this week I want to talk about other simple ways to find your happiness.

The world right now seems incredibly crazy. Every day it feels like there is some new catastrophe going on and on top of that you have your own stress to deal with. That is why it is so much more important, now, more than ever to take care of your mental health.

Remember in the all the hustle and bustle, YOU are just as important as everything else.... actually the MOST important! Try to add the suggestions below to your daily life to help find your happiness.

10 Ways to Find Happiness

  1. Connect with those that make you smile and bring you joy. It will rub off on you.

  2. Honor your values. You will feel better about yourself when you do what is right to you.

  3. Find the good things in your life and accept it and keep doing it.

  4. Use your imagination to think about what you want. Imagining helps you achieve.

  5. Do what you love and say no to what brings you down.

  6. Find your purpose. When you become part of something greater, life becomes more fulfilling.

  7. Listen to your own advice and shut out other people's negativity. You know you best.

  8. Take responsibility for your life. You are in charge. Go after what you want.

  9. Be open to change. Change is hard, but it is inevitable in life.

  10. Enjoy the simple things.

My 10 week non-weight based program teaches how to live a longer, more satisfying life, through lifestyle, exercise, nutrition and attitude. We focus on health activities for all areas of your life which include mental health and how to focus on you and your happiness.

It includes a weekly lesson emailed to you each week, as well as, a weekly one-on-one coaching session and weekly strategies to live a longer, healthier life without dieting.
