It's the month of Thanksgiving and it happens to be National Gratitude Month so let's take a look at how and why it is important to make gratitude a habit.
Did you know that taking a few minutes every day to express gratitude can help boost your quality of life? Practicing gratitude is scientifically proven to reduce stress and help you live longer.
Here are 5 ways that practicing gratitude helps to boost your life:

How gratitude improves your life and health
It improves your sleep quality.
It reduces your blood pressure.
It makes your feel happier and boosts your self-esteem.
It helps you have more successful relationships.
It helps you enjoy your job more.
There's a simple way to make practicing gratitude a habit. Write in a journal 5 minutes every night about something you were grateful for that day.
Here's a digital copy of a gratitude journal to start.
