Salmon with Roasted Rainbow Carrots

This dish is packed with anti-inflammatory powerhouses like omega-3 fatty acids from the salmon and antioxidants from the colorful carrots. It's a simple yet delicious way to nourish your body.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 pound rainbow carrots, washed and sliced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions:
