It's starting to be that time of year again! Can you believe the holidays are just around the corner? From Halloween to New Year's, we are all so busy, running around doing everything.
Do you have a ton of stuff on your plate and not have anytime for YOU!
That's OK, I'm here to tell you to stop beating yourself up.
Being healthy isn't about being all in, all the time. You have to just do the best you can for your season of life. Over the long run, it's more about everyday, little healthy habits that can make the biggest impact on your health.
So, instead of feeling guilty for not being able to do it all, just try some of these simple habits:
Simple Health Habits
Choose whole, nutrient dense foods more often.
Drink one more cup of water than you usually would.
Choose to be active when you have a break. Go for a walk.
Set your bedroom up for a good night sleep and go to bed on time.
Call a friend that makes you laugh.
All of these actions will add more energy, less stress and more vitality every day!
