The holidays are coming

How are you feeling today? Are you getting ready for the holiday season?

As the holidays approach, more and more people get hung up on what they are eating and feel guilt over it. You know the diet industry is about to bombard you with what you need to do after the holidays.

I want to remind you that you do not have to feel guilty about the holiday season and what you eat. And you do not have to punish yourself with exercise!

Remember: If you want to stay consistent with exercise, choose exercises that are fun and not for punishment.

Enjoy this time of year without guilt and maybe try some these exercises that bring more joy:

Fun Exercises, not for punishment

  1. Dancing.

  2. Biking.

  3. Go for a walk in nature.

  4. Play with your kids or pets.

  5. Jump rope.

  6. Play basketball or tennis.

  7. Do yoga.

  8. Play on a playground

Write down 2-3 activities that you find fun and make a plan to do them.

It's always great to hire a coach, who can help you when you need support and when you face challenges, they help you come up with solutions.
