This sounds easy enough...


When you try to get healthy, do you go overboard and try to change everything all at once? How does that work for you? Are you able to keep up with it?

 

When trying to get healthy you don't have to do everything at once! This is hard! It doesn't mean you are a failure.

 

Instead of giving up all together, try to add one healthy habit at a time. It will be better and more sustainable for the long run. 

 

So, tell me what are you going to start this week?


Ideas to choose ONE healthy habit to focus on this week. 

  1. Get at least 20 minutes of physical activity each day

  2. Replace at least one sweetened beverage with water

  3. Prepare more meals at home

  4. Add more veggies to at least one meal each day

  5. Slow down when you eat, and chew your food more

  6. Get enough sleep

  7. Bring a healthy snack or meal with you when you leave the house
